Light Tells a Story (Lighting Workshop)

Have you ever seen the same person in two scenes, and found one comforting and the other mysterious or frightening, even though only the lighting changed?

This workshop is about experimenting with light itself, beyond cameras, lenses and shooting angles.

Learn through hands-on experiments:

• How the direction of light changes a scene's mood.
• The difference between hard light and soft light.
• Why warm light feels different from cool light.
• How colour changes the meaning of a scene.
• How to create a complete mood using lighting alone.

Work directly with real light sources: experiment, make adjustments and see the results immediately.

By the end of the workshop, you create a short scene or Reel and try to express a particular feeling through lighting alone. There is no single right or wrong answer. The question is: what did your lighting make us feel?

Who is it for? Anyone who wants to create Reels for any platform, business owners and small projects looking to market themselves, and anyone curious about media and content.

Bring your enthusiasm, a fully charged phone, or your camera.

Attendance was completely free, with very limited places. A confirmation call from our team was required before attending.
